Facilities Team Member - Job Description

We're looking for awesome folks to help us keep our dog park and bar clean & ready for play. Is that you?

Primary Purpose: Keep Doggos clean, safe, and operating efficiently for all of our Doggos Members and guests.

Position Info:

• Hourly, Part Time at $13-$15 per hour (depending on experience), paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Pre-Open Shifts/Daily Cleaning Tasks:

• Complete daily cleaning tasks to standard
• Complete weekly and as-needed deep clean tasks
• Assist with recognizing facility issues (such as repairs needed, cleanliness issues, equipment issues) that you may encounter while doing your job
• Assist with other projects that the management team may assign you on an as-needed basis

Shifts During Operating Hours/Special Event Assistance:

• Assist with cleaning up potty accidents in a timely fashion
• Ensure table and seating groups are clean, ready, and put back in place
• Throw away any trash, food, and other items left behind by guests
• Keep water bowls, water cans, spray cans, etc. full with water
• Keep potty stations well stocked
• Complete walk throughs of the entire facility several times an hour to make sure Doggos is free from debris, trash, slip hazards, potty accidents, etc. 
• Check overflow parking lot for trash and debris at end of every shift

Schedule & Shifts:

We're open 4-9p during the week, 12-10p on Sat and 12-8p on Sunday. Once Spring returns, we'll be going back to our Spring schedule of 2p-10p during the week. Saturday will remain the same, but Sunday will be 12-9p. Daily cleaning shifts will be scheduled 2-3 hours prior to opening to ensure enough time to complete all tasks.

Physical Elements:

• Carrying & Lifting: This role involves regular carrying or lifting of items as much as 30lbs in weight, such as bar inventory, 20lb propane tanks, retail supplies, cleaning supplies, as well as moving dog park equipment, furnishings, etc.
• Standing & Walking: This role requires fast-paced walking, standing for long hours and involves kneeling, and squatting, and bending over. -
• Weather: This role requires you to be outdoors for long, continuous periods of time and work in an un-conditioned environment where you may be in direct sunlight and high heat, rain, cold weather, etc.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must love dogs and helping people.
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency, and good time management skills.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the United States
